"James and his team rebuilt my back porch .to a very high standard quickly and warm friendly team kept touch all though before during and after the build . I would highly recommend him to any one .i will differently be happy to use them again and also my landlord is very happy with the work."

4 months agoI hired James from Altera Build to replace my aging deck, and I couldn’t be happier with the result! From start to finish, the experience was seamless and professional.
Once the old deck was removed, it became clear that the underlying structure was in worse shape than we’d initially thought. James communicated the necessary changes to the plan quickly and clearly and also was happy to add some extra steps after the main deck was built.
Despite some bad weather, James managed to complete the project quickly and he also completed a few other repair jobs around the house. All of the work was of a very high standard, for a reasonable price and I am very happy with results.
If you’re looking for a builder who is honest, skilled, and efficient, I wouldn't hesitate to give James a call. I’ll definitely be using Altera Build for any future projects. -
a year agoRecently had Altera Build help build a new fence and deck. James is professional and reliable and reasonably priced. james helped with a lot of consultation. let us know what was feasible and economic for our project also thinking about any future issues down the road. We were happy with the finished fence and deck and received a lot of compliments even from neighbours in our community. I have recommended him to family and friends already and won’t be the last time he help us out!

11 months agoJames recently completed a full rebuild of our balcony, stairs, and deck, and we couldn’t be more impressed with the result. His workmanship is outstanding, the project was delivered on time and within budget, and he left the site spotless. James also offered clever solutions to some tricky challenges along the way, which made a real difference. We’ll definitely be calling on him again for future projects. Cheers!
