100%"I posted with a single light replacement in a really difficult position. I had previously been told by another company that I would need scaffolding. Such a small thing that seemed so difficult. Patrick looked at different angles - suggesting we could go through the ceiling. When he came to the house it turned out I just needed a taller electrician with a longer ladder, job done! Having no experience in this area and feeling quite anxious I found Patrick's details in our local community page. He assessed the problem then returned a few days later to remedy it, having sourced a new fan. Patrick impressed me. He was easy to get hold of and communicated well.
