"We had a problem with a running toilet and I thought it might be hard to find someone to come out for such a small job, but I phoned Adam and he came out straight away. All fixed in under 24 hours! Adam was super polite, helpful and knowledgeable. I would call him again in a second next time we need some work done."

"Lucky to find a plumber who was working just after New Years.
Adam replied to my request as we had a leak under kitchen sink due to a broken fitting.
Turned up about an hour later, replaced fitting and job completed.
Great job, great service, would definitely use his services again.

"Adam answered my call for help on Sunday morning. He finished installing a new hot water cylinder on Monday. The installation both looks good and works very well. On Tues Adam installed a new water pump for us. I specified the pump and he obtained it from distributor and fitted it.
As plumbers go Adam is a joy to work with, very experienced and friendly Will definitely use Aquasmart again."

"Adam is a rock star! A hose broke under my kitchen sink on the morning of my wedding anniversary, just before my wife and I were to be leaving for some time away. Water was spraying everywhere. I did the best I could to slow/stop the leak.
I looked up Adam on No Cowboys and found he lived near me. I called, but there was no answer. I did not leave a message, thinking I would try again in 30 minutes.
Then Adam's first-class service rock star came unexpectedly. I got a call from Adam within… 15 minutes of mine, which in this industry is unheard of from a customer service perspective. We have never talked before, so he did not know anything about the missed call with no voicemail message left. I told him the story and he said he was near and came immediately over and fixed the leak in a short period of time. How relieved we were.

Adam will always be my go to plumber in the future and an easy recommendation to anyone I know who is looking for one!

He started the work earlier than expected also which was great. He is very professional, knowledgeable and reliable. "When you call a plumber in crisis ( ceiling leak ) you really want to TRUST them. Adam delivered 100% + arrived on time, quickly measured through to identify where the leak originated, replaced the pipe and solved within an hour. The invoice was very reasonable too. A previous plumber came for the same problem and left charging us and achieving nothing. Adam was AWESOME and his card in on my fridge as my new and only GO to PLUMBER … thank you for restoring my faith in NO COWBOYS as well."

"Contacted Adam in the morning who said he would come at 3pm but must have got held up so he arranged for his brother Eddie of FloTech Plumbing to do the job. Eddie turned up earlier than expected and did an excellent job fixing the problem in quick time. He was friendly and efficient and very thorough. I have no hesitation in recommending him and will certainly contact him the next time I need a plumber. Adam is also to be praised for ensuring that the job was as promised."
