"If you're wanting a new or replacement roof this is the place to go. A prompt and well set out response to my request for a quote for a complete reroof. The price quoted good, the actual work done very well, fast, with no mess, and on the day promised with Kevin keeping us fully informed throughout. I've had a fair bit of contact with a lot of tradespeople recently and can quite honestly say that all of them would be hard pressed to match Archer Roofing's professionalism. "Archer Roofing replaced our complex 1900 's Villa roof . We were every impressed with the teams professional thoughtful approach , work ethics and expedience. "Kevin and his team are very good communicators and provided clear information about the job. They gave us a detailed quote which they kept to. They arrived on the appointed days at the agreed times and completed the job in a timely manner, carrying out the work efficiently and carefully, including some unforeseen repair work (billed separately) which was needed to do the job properly. At the end of the job the waste was removed promptly and with no fuss, leaving a tidy finish. Kevin was available to answer questions at all times and was always friendly and helpful. "We got our roof replaced in Feb and Kevin was great to deal with and the job was quick and efficient. Initially he was too busy and took a few more days to quote. But after we accepted, he was there within a few days and the roof was replaced within a week. That's fantastic considering we found our roof had leaks and rust so it was great he was able to come do it so quickly. Would highly recommend and use Archer Roofing again."

"Just had my roof replaced by the Archer guys. No frills, only the top service they were talking about and actually doing. My house is deep at the end of the shared driveway. I have had different trades-persons coming for quotes, including another roofer, only Jake would park his vehicle on the road and carry the ladder to my door. This is the only company I have ever seen that is so considerate. Whereas they did deliver impeccable service throughout, they failed to re-fasten the aerial cord alongside the roof edge as it used to be. Unfortunately I didn't found out until the scaffold was removed. Contacted Kevin as I used to and was promised they would come to have a look. But so far over 2 weeks gone still have heard anything from them despite my following up emails. This is a bit shame which ruined my whole expectations."

"Great company to work with, would definitely recommend to others

For starters, Archer Roofing always turned up when they said they would, to view and provide a quote, and then to do the work. I had a bend in my garage roof, which I asked to be rectified as part of the reroofing. Kevin built a strong buttress to straighten it - it was very effective and aesthetically well built.

Kevin and his team did a great job at a great price, and kept me in the loop through the re-roofing of the garage. They take the time to explain the process to you, ensure you are happy with what's done and I even learnt a few things about re-roofing. The end result looked solid and fantastic.

Would happily use their services again."

"Very impressed all around with Archer Roofing. Asked for a quote in mid-December and got a response immediately and had someone come and measure my job up within a day. Considering four other roofing companies didn't respond at all and another only replied after 3 weeks I Archer already exceeded my expectations. The quote was in line with our budget so we went ahead. There was a small mix up with the delivery of the long run iron but considering it was a day or two before Christmas I was still impressed with the service. But, that wasn't good enough for Kevin. He was quick to put things right and bent over backwards to ensure everything went smoothly from then on. The job took about 2.5 days. The team were prompt, friendly and professional and the end result more than meet my expectations. I'd happily work with Archer Roofing again and recommend them to anyone who appreciates prompt, courteous and professional service at a reasonable price. Top marks."

"I found Archer Roofing on-line and the very day I called them, Kevin had someone around to look at and price our job. Kevin emailed through a quote the next day. We were very impressed with the price, but even more impressed and appreciative of the excellent communications from Kevin and his team. Materials were ordered and delivered and the work carried out just the week following the quote. Best of all, Kevin was true to his word as per his comms . "Kevin was very professional and very prompt with communication - phone, text and email whichever way I initiated the conversation. Right from the initial contact where I requested a quote and they turned up promptly to assess the roof and then through the process itself to its completion, Kevin and crew were very professional, very fast and very thorough. Kevin never got tired of answering the various technical and non technical questions I kept asking him, always responding with patience and promptly. He assured me it was a painless process and it turned out to be one. He even put some extra flashings on the carport and removed aerials which were not part of the original job for no extra cost. Thanks to Kevin, we have a brand new roof now. The place was left spic and span after the job. I can truly recommend Kevin and crew as truly professional and very nice people to deal with for any roofing solutions."

"I had a leak problem with an old concrete tiled roof. Kevin attended to my request promptly. I found Kevin personable, Reliable and easy to deal with.
Kevin very honestly and unselfishly, spent time assessing and determined that the work required on CONCRETE TILES was not his speciality. "The main part of the job was carried out promptly and thoroughly. However part of the job not done after discussion (removal of an aerial), as it was more difficult than first thought. No reduction in billing was made for not doing this. The quote was just a number with no breakdown of it. I had to go with it as the job was urgent as I was going overseas. Screwing down the steel roof was done very well."

They communicated. They gave notice of when they were turning up and turned up when they said.
The roof flashing (which is important) looks good and looks like it will keep the water out.

"I was very greatful for the wonderful job which these young gentlemen did... they double check their work... and they even did extra with installing extra timbers which were missing in parts of my roof for support. and even place flashing where it was needed, they even kept the area round where they were working nice and tidy.. Even stacked the old roof iron together and made sure there were no nails or any other bits and pieces laying around.. On their arrival they would always say hello/good morning.. and goodbye at the end of their day.. Their boss was very good as he would check every part of the roof to make sure all the work was done well and right.. They even took Photos of the roof once it was completed and sent me copies.. I must say I was thoroughly impressed with the work this company had done on my roof.. and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.. Also I would like to say, that it was lovely how the boss answer my email as soon as he read it, and called me as well (but I did miss his call) But most of all I was blown away as to how, on a long weekend where the boss should be spending time with his family... he took time to call in and give me a quote on how much the work will cost to do on my roof ... ( I thanked him and his family to taking the time out to do this) So if I ever need work done on my other Roof I wound definitely call for this company again... Only because they were professional in how they did their Work!"
