Right from quotation through to final inspection Ryan provides his expert guidance and he is a great communicator.
His team are friendly and work hard. They tidy up at the end of each day and remove everything from site at the end.
His pricing is fair and to budget. The quote is clear on what is included and any additional things that come to light are discussed with you as the customer, with options, so… that you can make an informed decision.

Their service was second to none the whole way thru. Very professional, courteous, friendly and great to communicate with. They did a thorough job and didn't mind me being fussy. Nothing was too much trouble. They even threw in cleaning my path as an extra.
The quality of their work and the way they left my property was 5 star. Ryan even came back the next day to have a final check.

"Asset did a great job on our house wash and I would definitely recommend them to others. Communication with Ryan was great from quoting to completion and he even helped me get a contractor in for a small gutter repair job which we'd been trying to get fixed for months. "First-class experience.
We contacted Ryan for an urgent job which involved pretty much painting the entire interior of our house ready for putting up for sale. There was also some exterior work.
Ryan was able to make the short-time frames work and met our deadlines.

"Ryan came & quoted for painting the exterior of our house promptly. He also communicated throughout the job really well, with daily notifications as to what time his team would be arriving on site, this included all the hiccups we had with being in the middle of the Covid19 Alert system- which was dealt with very professionally. The team did thorough prep- work before painting, and in between paint coats. So as we are coastal, I am really confident that as well as producing a good… professional paint finish, the work will be durable too. Ryan, gave good input with colour selection and Nathan, the foreman, was also spot on with regard to which colour to apply to the different substrates and facades that we have on the house. The result looks fabulous. I would not hesitate to recommend them. They are a great team."

"This is the 3rd time I have used Ryan and his team (house painting exterior, house painting interior and this time deck and retaining wall painting) and I will definitely be using again in the future .
Ryan is quick to provide a quote and offers advise to ensure you get an outcome you are after. His team work to a very high standard, are polite and tidy up after themselves. You do need to book in advance as there is a bit of a wait, but this is because he is in high demand.
Ryan is great… at communication so you always know what is happening/ progress.

"Ryan and his band of merry painters provided an excellent service. Not only did they provide advice on the colours required to modernise our property but they took care to ensure the job was completed to a very high standard. Over the past 20 years we have had the house painted 4 times and have never been as delighted with the workmanship, communication and tidy up. "We used Asset Property Services Ltd to do work to our house. We were very lucky that Ryan managed to squeeze us in as we only contacted him a week before we needed the work done!
We had the ceiling painted and plastering done. The painters were excellent. They were there on time and never let us down. The plasterer was good but he had to come back to fix up a couple of walls as they weren't to a paint finish.
We would use them again."

"Highly recommend these guys. Ryan and his team carried out a complete repaint of the roof and exterior of our house, including some repair work needed. All work was completed to an extremely high standard. There were a few unforeseen issues due to the previous owners and Ryan dealt with these swiftly and without any hold up to the work overall. "Ryan & his team carried out interior & exterior painting of our property. We were still living in the property at the time & the interior painting was carried out with minimal disruption to our household. The guys were on time everyday & tidied up every afternoon so we could have the house in the evenings. I was a bit unsure about the exterior colour I’d selected & Ryan came up with suggestions & recommendations & the end result is fantastic. "What an outstanding job done by Ryan and his team. Without intending to, I ended up mucking Ryan around a lot getting him to fit in and around my other tradespeople. Despite this he was incredibly patient and understanding throughout. Next time I would probably get Ryan and his team to do the pre-paint maintenance as well as the painting as they do a fantastic job and they picked up and fixed a lot of stuff the useless builder didn't do properly.
