We had a very quick move. We moved everything to be moved into the garage and our living room. Single story house and flat and wide driveway that led directly to easy access garage and directly next to that was the living room. We had two men moving for us. From the outset they took their time moving, Stopped almost every 5-10 minutes to talk and joke around and talk on their phones. They also walked very very slowly. We have had relatives who were professional movers, so… and we have moved several times and this was the easiest house to access and load from (because we had moved EVERYTHING into two spaces). AND the movers we have used in the past moved ultra fast, didn't stop and chat with each other except to sort out the items/boxes etc. No joking around, talking on their phones etc. 2 1/2 hours after what should have taken professional movers approx 1 hour to load, they were finished loading. THEN on the other side at the new house, they once again stopped in between moving single items, and stood around talking, laughing and talking on their phone. All they had to do at the unload house was take things down the driveway and leave everything outside the garage door, not moving into the house, no packing into the garage, so so easy. But again, they took their time. Finally I grew so frustrated I decided to take photos discreetly and video. They must have been prepared for us to do this, because like a 'hawk' they approached me and asked what I was doing. Then with only a few items left to unload (which would have taken them maybe 10 minutes to unload they refused to unload the rest until we paid, they said they had another half hour of work to do so rounded the time up to then. So after arguing with them I just paid them to get rid of them and get the rest of our stuff. AFTER I paid them, i never saw them move so fast. I timed them and it took the half hour job they made us pay, 9 MINUTES! I complained after by email to the company and contact person I had dealt with and he said thank you for the feedback and to give him some time to investigate. I NEVER HEARD from him again. After having used maybe 5-6 professional movers over the years, we have NEVER had a problem with any of them until these guys. DO NOT USE. I guess thats why these guys have 2 reviews, which are BOTH really bad. WARNING - use these guys and get ripped off. So unprofessional, so slow, so dodgy, so rude and disgusting."
