38%"Price was fair and guys were friendly but smashed a window on the way out, and clipped the neighbours gutter on the way in with the truck.
For the window - initially tried to give me $50 off but I knew it would cost more. The guy didn't want to get in trouble with his boss so I said I'd pay, then he can pay me back. $180 to fix window and then never answered my texts.
For the gutter - never acknowledged it, neighbour said it's OK and was just a chip. But actually now it leaks from the corner… every time it rains.
Contacted them about both issues, said they'll be in touch with updates. Months later and never heard back. Choose someone else to move your stuff incase something goes wrong - they won't care."Levi Wulf responded:"This was an unfortunate situation where for some unknown reason this client decided not to inform us of the incident and did a deal with the driver at the time on the day. We were not informed of the damages until around two months later, well after they had vacated the premises and even worse the driver had moved on from our organization. They were well aware that we needed to contact the driver to find out what his side of the story was, it took his former manager quite some time to get hold of him at which point he admitted to hitting the gutter. The driver stated the client had opened the window while he was walking backward with a couch and he walked into it injuring himself and causing the window to break. It would seem the window opened directly onto the pathway that the furniture needed to be carried along from the house. The driver was a young lad and shouldn't have been put in this position by this client. All incidences of damage should be reported to the company immediately so we can investigate and make right at the time. Our team manager has since contacted this client and offered to pay for the spouting repair which was a genuine accident on a very difficult driveway but it would seem a bad review is sufficient remuneration for that issue as we have had no response. The move was much less stressful than it could have been. We had a difficult access with a steep driveway and they worked to find the most efficient way to move everything. 100%"Words cannot begin to express how incredible the Auckland Moving Guys crew were and how lucky we were to have found them to do our big move. Looking to move? Well don’t look any further. Firstly, Levi the owner was so helpful, he went out of his way to fit us in at short notice. The guys (crew) were incredible, punctual, professional, easy to communicate with, fast with no mucking around and treated our furniture with great respect. We had exceptionally large and delicate antique pieces to… move which they did with ease and speed without any damage. Due to the size and quantity, the crew realised we needed another truck and Levi got another truck and crew on site within half an hour. They only charge from the time they are onsite. The guys were incredibly skilled and it was amazing to see how they packed everything in like a glove, packing the trucks with military precision. They made, what we thought, would be a stressful day, relaxing, filled with laughter and good humour while they moved with great speed to get the job done. Auckland Moving Guys were great, they coped with a difficult driveway and difficult to move items. They were careful with my otems and ensured that nothing was damaged. They called to let me know when they would arrive,… and they moved everything in a reasonable time frame. They brought an appropriate sized truck for the amount of stuff I had to move.

On the day, Paul was on time with his team and they got straight to work. They were polite and courteous and worked really hard. We found Paul to be really knowledgeable and helpful and he made the most of the space in the van, especially for some of the trickier things to move e.g. garden pots, which minimised the number of trips.

98%"My move was on a rainy day. Despite last minute booking, the guys showed on time and efficiently moved my things from my two bedroom townhouse. There were stairs into the house and a second floor to my loft area. It took about an hour to load. I watched while they used blankets to cover my things from the rain and onto their truck. I was satisfied with their service and friendly attitude.
