100%"If we could rate Shane and his team over 100% we would. Shane is exceptionally professional, experienced, and takes great pride in his work. He is a real pleasure to deal with. Clearly explains what is needed, why it's needed and how it will be done. Our 1905 villa needed re-piling and as there was minimal clearance under the house it was a very tricky job. Despite this, Shane and his team completed the job a couple of days ahead of schedule and the work passed both council inspections first… time. They dug out six skips worth of dirt to achieve the clearance needed for the piles and bearers. Several of our neighbours could not believe how much dirt came out from under the villa so quickly. Shane's quote was very reasonable and he came in on budget. 100%"We had purchased a 1910 homestead in Puhoi and the first task was to have the house re-piled. We searched on this website and found the 100% recommendations for Shane, so we gave him a call. He came round on site within a few days of us ringing him to inspect and recommend a course of action.
We had little or no idea of what was involved in re-piling but he took time to explain to us in laymen's terms.On the week of the job Shane and his team turned up on time each day, I had a catch up… with him before he started the days workload, discussed any unexpected finding and solutions - which you would expect with a house of this age. And at the end of the day the site was left tidy.

As a result we have a house that is level and ready for the next stage of the renovation.

Shane inspected the house and identified that our foundations were already solid and did not need any further work. He arrived to quote on the work to be done exactly when he said he would, diagnosed the issue correctly and recommended suitable remediation for an uneven floor. His quote arrived soon afterwards, with a fair price which I accepted. On the first day of work his team was on time and the removal of piles proceeded space. He explained what had been done, showed the work in progress, and said he would be back in three weeks to install new piles to support… the floor once it had settled to its new position. On that day his team work like troopers, doing a major installation in a few hours. They tidied up perfectly afterwards too. 100%"I hired Shane and his team to do a partial repile on my home. Shane wasn't sure when he could get the job done so I was pleasantly surprised when he phoned me several days later to let me know they'd start the following day. They started on the Monday and finished on the Thursday which was much sooner than I had expected. As an added bonus, his team left my property tidier than it was before they arrived.
Shane kept me updated throughout the process and answered all my questions and concerns… in a calm and confident manner. He made the whole process easy for me and was a pleasure to deal with. I'm glad I hired these guys to do the job.
