    "I was told that my dog would play with other dogs, but have found out that she was kept in a crate for her enitre 3 week stay, because they dont allow dogs to play together, they dont walk the dogs unless you pay for it, (a service that I was unaware of) my dog came back with calluses from sleeping on the concrete floor and rub marks where the crate was too small. They didnt tell me that she was in a crate until i questioned the marks on her.
    She also came back with fleas and wary of people,… I can only imagine what they did to her.

    Needless to say I will not be coming back there - I would never ever ever board my dog, or any other animals at this place.

    The place is supposed to be luxury but its got paint peeling off the walls, its stinks like a toilet, there faeces on the beds and couches, theres random cage fences things made up everywhere and tied to the wall with plastic bags - dont leave your animal there.    "

    "awesome facility, NZ largest indoor kennels. have separate areas for small med and large dogs. Inside kennel with outside run area. Staff that really love what they do and care for pets well. My small dog enjoyed his stay and I know he is safe while im away"
