It included a complete site clear of the 450SQM backyard of mature trees, original 70s concrete paths and pavers, overgrown jungle and debris. Tim also built a large new boundary fence, retaining wall, created a paved area and deck with a privacy screen and laid a lot of grass seed. It was a huge project (one that other landscapers admitted was too big for them). From the moment Tim viewed our project, "anything was possible". He provided us promptly with a quote with two cost alternatives for fencing and a retaining wall to solve our issues. Clear communication was apparent every step of the way...right from timing of the project to completion. The team on site, Brad and Sean, were extremely pleasant to be working alongside and were so accommodating of every query! The workmanship was… second to none...good tradesmen who cleaned up as they progressed and always at the end of the day.As one part of the project was a boundary fence and retaining wall, we were concerned for our neighbour's property but these guys showed due respect and as Tim says"left the property as though no one had ever been there" On top of this, Tim, Brad and Sean went the extra mile with a couple of modifications to finish the project as good as we dreamed of.
