"Thisis the second piece of work Scott has done for me, it consisted of the number of smaller jobs and I am very pleased with the work done and I was really pelased with the way how he was able to add in the replacement of the skylight when we discovered that the seals had gone. Scott project managed it very well and his communication thoughout was very good."

"Scott and his team did a fantastic job on my balcony and dealing with the additional water damage discovered in the room below the balcony. Throughout the job communication with Scott were excellent and I was really impressed with how they left the work area at the end of each day. I am really pleased with both the work done, they way they dealt with the additional as found work and with the end result. Will definitely look to get Scott to do some work on some other smaller jobs i need done and I have recommended him to a number of colleagues."

"This is by far the best person i have hired to do my building renovations. Top quality workmanship, knowledgable and great to deal with.
I love the whole set up of my kitchen from an old fashioned 1960s style to a modern open plan style. I would highly recommend Scott to help with your building needs and trust you will get the result you dream off"

"I have used Scott on multiple occasions, he has never let me down once. Always impressed with the extra level of detail he adds, to make the finish pop and look professional. Tell him what a want done and he's all over it straight away. Always clear and transparent with his pricing up front, has never added any extra surprises from his quoted price. "I had serious difficulty interesting any roofer in my urgent and difficult repair. Scott was the only roofer who was able to submit a quote effecting a proper repair as opposed to a patch. The cost was fairly high but Scott's reasoning for this was solid, his communication and flexibility excellent, and the work is warranted. It was completed as promised, and exactly to schedule. Recommended."

"Hate to say but sometimes as a woman it can be hard to call up tradies but have found Scott easy to deal with and really helpful.
I called Scott a few years ago when adding an extension onto our house (extra bedroom and ensuite) and since has been called back for any other building work I’ve required."

"I cannot recommend Scott highly enough. His advice and insight was invaluable including pointing out that the council-approved building consent was not workable for the site. He liaised with the consulting engineer to come up with a workable design. He managed the project and sub-contractors well. The result is a well-constructed block retaining wall (1.9m 14m). His communication with us as client and other affected parties (neighbours, tenants, property manager) was excellent."

"This was an amazing challenge, House extremely large. Brick Cladding, Steel Portals, Suspended Slabs, 8 Skylights, Solar Tubes, Exposed Timbers and Beems. Scott arose to the challenge and didnt disappoint. We had a fabulous relationship. Every stage was delivered in full and on time, with no hiccups. Very professional approach. Dont think he failed any of the Council/Enginerring inspections. Code of Compliance came through very quickly. All round very happy with our new home."
