    "In march 2015 they carried work to completely excavate our existing driveway, modify the layout to improve drainage and repave the drive plus a newly retained area for parking with asphalt. Communication was good before the job but we had to push for information during. During the job they sprayed a significant amount of hydraulic fluid all over our house and the neighboring houses. They damaged our property in several areas by running into things with the roller. The finish work had areas… that were not rolled smooth.Instead of lowering the level of the drive they have made it higher then our floor level and water gets in the house. The changes they recommended also have left us with a catchment unable to cope with the increased water run off created by their changes to the layout. We have since discovered the entire paving job needs to be ripped up because they improperly laid the mix and it is now crumbling. We have spent two years trying to get this fixed. They have dragged their feet and offered up half baked ideas for solutions that seek to only carry out repairs to their benefit. While we used them before for another project that went well, we found them to be completely incapable and lacking the expertise they promise to deliver when complications arise. While they are an established residential provider, I urge you to investigate other providers that employ qualified staff, are accountable for their actions and will stand by their work and make it right when it goes wrong."
