    "Unprofessional and seem to have no idea what they are doing. Installed a camera upside down which then filled up with water and ruined it. No warranty claim as a result and Budget Property denies liability. We have had to purchase new camera and are now $3000 down. Poor communication and accountability. In arrogance, we have now received an Invoice from them to put up the replacement camera due to their mistake. This is consistent with other reviews I see that are not from their friends. It… seems "Budget" relates to their skills and service not price. Save yourself some grief and use a reputable company."

    "Jay and the team are the best. Reliable, quality services. Great at setting clear expectations and following through with delivery. Highly recommend. recently coordinated a machinery relocation and other additional electrical works required that we did not plan for. Jagdeep was prompt to respond, met me onsite, provided a quote quickly and a plan and was ready to perform the works immediately. Their flexibility, communication and friendly customer service were extremely appreciated.     "Jay and his team were very responsive and accommodating. Very well priced and approachable. Very helpful with some electrical queries not related to the work he completed for us. Workmanship was of a high standard, I was a little annoyed with the pile of debris left on completion, but on reflection this was not part of their obligation and was then reminded that a lot of tradespeople do not remove the waste as part of installations. Would definitely use again."
