I was particularly impressed with the way the on-site team worked together and the care taken to ensure that there was no impact on the substantial amount of tile flooring throughout my house. The team were clearly very good at their job, worked well together and left the site tidy and clean. Would highly recommend."

"The Job involved replacement piles for an extension to the house that had subsidence issues. Had to get a building consent etc. CCS did the job as specified and all went well. A few delays due to weather. All their contractors were pleasant to deal with and got on with things. Clear communication. Would recommend."

"We have just completed a combination of relevelling, replacing 8 piles; adding 3 new ones and underpinning a brick "ring" foundation on our 70s home. I looked at about 6-8 companies utilising a variety of techniques before selecting CCS. I did so because they noticed things that NONE of the other builders etc noticed re risks around relevelling certain parts of our house. They were cost competitive, did everything manually so the site was clean and tidy. I have been very impressed throughout"

"Our work consisted of replacing an under-designed retaining wall, and the associated 175m2 of driveway, all of which was at risk of crashing into our neighbours' house - poles doubled in size, quantity and depth. Wesley arrived within hours of initial contact for an initial assessment. This response level continued through out the build. As we were offsite during the work, we relied totally on CCS who took on a management role over the whole project, including engineering certification, and sub-contractors. Also, our tenant and neighbours were kept well informed at every stage, and site safety was well managed. For our part, we paid the invoices and progress payments as promptly as possible. The only delay suffered over the whole project was a bad weather week. I would thoroughly recommend Wesley and the CCS team for any work you may require."

"From first contact through to completion of the job communications have been prompt very informative, leaving no doubt about what they would be doing and did do as per their quote we agreed to accept and make payment for.
High recommendations by previous reviews also made my decision to engage CCS an easy one to make.

"I had some partial re-levelling of the foundations in my house to be done and after a few quotes selected Core Civil Solutions. I dealt and mostly communicated with Wesley Short who was prompt and professional right through the entire process. I found CCS to be professional and proficient in their quote as well as excellent communication in explaining the situation and solution to re-level and stabilize the foundation.
I was impressed by Chase who completed the project. He was reliable and had excellent communication and knowledge. The team were always prompt and listened to my multiple requests to resolve squeaky flooring. I have no hesitation in recommending CCS to anyone."
