"Micah and his team undertook a variety of work on our house which included decking, reframing a corner of our house and recladding internal and external walls. They worked on deck waterproofing over a bedroom and deck construction on top of that. This is obviously critical work to the weather-tightness and structural integrity of the house.
We were impressed with the organisation and work ethic of the team. They showed up on time, had a quick pre-start huddle and then worked with… excellent craftsmanship at a highly productive pace. The quality of work is outstanding.

The team were respectful and positive.

I have no hesitation in recommending Complete Waterproofing and will use them again."

"We contacted Micah through a recommendation from a builder we are using.
From first point of contact, pricing and timing for the work to be carried out it was excellent service all the way.
Micah and his team were absolute professionals every step of the way.
Once the job was completed, they cleaned all the work area and removed any access rubbish and got us to walk the site with them for final sign off inspection.
Once final invoice was settled we promptly received a material and… installation guarantee that covers all work done.

We certainly will be using Micah for any future building requirements, as these sort of builders are bloody hard to find!"

"Found this company online,and the reviews were up to date,as opposed to other companies that were advertising, like the fact that they're a local company and straight up, I sent a text for a quote,got a quick reply and a time was set for inspection,when Micah and his mate arrived the source of the leaks were found and the remedy was explained in plain english, the quote was made on the 16/05/18,the weather was not the best for doing repairs,however on the 22/05/18 there was a break in the… weather, I received a text from Micah to let me know they were going to do the repair that afternoon,when I got home from work they were just finishing the job and tidying up,the rain that night was very heavy and consistent and "NO LEAKS", very greatful for a job well done,"

"We had Micah come to our rescue when to our horror, we found rainwater dripping from the ceiling power switch for Garage door opener motor. He came as soon as he could that day, located the problem, spent time after finishing the repair, locating and securing any other tiles as well. With power off dropped the power point from ceiling,leaving it to dry out. Returned next day to paint repair and his bill was very affordable for us. We will happily call him again for any maintenance in the… future. Very pleasant fella."

"Micah from complete waterproofing and maintenance Ltd fixed a tricky to find leak on our large roof. Found, repaired and replaced where necessary velux windows, roof flashings, iron etc. Did a fine finishing job...and best of all no more leaks..... Very professional and reliable.
Its great to find someone who does the whole job rather than dealing with multiple tradies. Thumbs up. ???? "

Complete Waterproofing and Building Maintenance Limited is a small family owned and operated business based in Auckland. We are focused on providing a one stop solution for our clients waterproofing needs. We specialize in renewing tired or damaged roofs including membrane decks and roofs bringing them up to current building code requirements and giving our clients peace of mind with new warranties.
Owned and operated by a carpenter who has developed his skills into the waterproofing trade and project management. As Licensed Building Practitioners we pride ourselves on our very high quality workmanship, our professional reliable and friendly service.

What we do
At Complete Waterproofing and Building Maintenance we provide a large variety of specialist waterproofing solutions including membrane roofs and decks, long run roofing iron re-roof and repairs, concrete tile roof repairs and asphalt shingle roofing.
