100%"Im grateful to have found Jason and Nathan at Complex, who were helpful in every way to get the gas connection issue with my coffee machine sorted. And they did.
Without which i coukdnt operate my small business as a mobile coffee vendor.From the first contact by phone call and immediate text reply back from Nathan, (though they were already on another job), to Jason carefully putting back all the panels of the machine after he sorted it within an hour of my arrival, I was… impressed....knowing that to find a gas fitter i could be waiting more than a few days to get the problem fixed. So, when the coffee machine started playing up, I prayed and asked the Lord to lead me to the right people to help me. The Lord answered in an amazing way, within an hour i found the guys at Complex after taking a wrong turn at a side street in Royal Oak, where the guys were working at a new build.

100%"Jason arrived on time as arranged to give a free quote for the replacement of the water main to the house and replace all the plumbing pipes under the house.
He said his team could complete all the work and have water back by 1630 pm the same day.
On the day arranged by us both to do the job Jason and his team of plumbers arrived promptly at the arranged time. They worked tirelessly and without breaks for morning tea, lunch or afternoon tea to complete the work and the water was turned back… on at 1430 pm – 2 hours before the guaranteed time.
His team were courteous and polite and kept me informed about what they were doing. They were extremely hardworking and efficient.
They removed all the rubbish from the property and replaced the grass turf over the trench they dug to replace the piping from the street meter to the house - including raking the soil and making it as though it had never been removed. They hosed all the mud from the concrete drive and paths.
At all times they were polite and informative. After a crazy high quote from a large plumbing chain, Nathan was recommended to us late Fri by a trusted work colleague. He arrived 8am Sat with a new unit and got cracking installing it. Not only was Nathan punctual and polite, but he kept me updated as to when I could expect his arrival. His work was top notch, and made no complaint in the less-than-savoury environments he had to endure in order to isolate and remedy the cause of the blockage - which ended up being in the neighbour's plumbing system.

Apart from a minor glitch (I had texted my address details to Jason and I think he might have mislaid them - a quick call and he was on the job promptly) I'm very happy. The job was relatively quick but involved ducking under the house to find the source of a leak (split butynol fitting). The bill was $120 - entirely reasonable, and I suspect that it's the minimum fallout fee.
I'll be using them for all my plumbing needs… from now on.
