"We can't rate these guys highly enough. They did a great job from start to finish. Great ideas, advice, job timing and building skills. They managed to time the work exactly as quoted despite a busy time of year and terrible weather! The end result was a complex deck area needed for a new garage build. It was so well made I think it'll last longer than the house :) Thanks again, Highly recommended . "

"Jamie and his team has absolutely added so much value to our house even before it's completely built. There was an unavoidable event that initially delayed the initial plan to start but he has communicated this to us beforehand so no issues at all. So glad we pushed through with his suggestion on extending our deck further as it really made a huge difference on how it looks. Will look forward working with his team again in the future."

"Jamie and Bill did a really professional job of our deck, we are so pleased with it. Communication was great, they let me know ahead of time when they would be available to start the job and what time they would arrive. They took a lot of care over the details, for example, matching the retaining wood and gravel to the existing path by finding out where our builder bought them from. Jamie and Bill are really friendly and easy to work with. They are trustworthy and honest. I would definitely… recommend them."

"Jamie and Bill from Concept Decks & Fences built new steps and replaced the deck to our entrance way, and I could not find any fault with the job at all. The quote for the job was provided promptly at a price we were happy to pay. Originally we were scheduled to have the job started a month after the quote, but Jamie found a few days spare after completing another job, and we ended walking up our new steps within a week of receiving the quote. Jamie even spotted a leak under our house while… working on the steps and advised me to contact a plumber quickly, which I did and thankfully it was a quick fix. If that leak hadn't been spotted it could have ended up costing us a fortune.

This is the second job Jamie has done for us - he also added a safety rail to our main deck - which was also a great job we were very happy with.

I would recommend Jamie and the team at Concept Decks without hesitation."

"We recently had a medium-sized deck built by Jamie and Bill. We didn't have much idea of how it was to be built, the timber we wanted, etc, but Jamie was really helpful, sharing his knowledge and giving us separate quotes depending on the timber used. We took his advice and went with the kwila option. Although starting a couple of days late due to the weather holding up a previous job, Jamie and Bill finished the deck on time. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone… wanting a really good professional job."
