    "Greg Cramond and his inspector made themselves available the day after new years to put in a temporary supply line to restore our power. They arrived promptly and put in our temporary line with appropriate inspection certificate supplied. Greg was easy to contact, and both were friendly and pleasant to deal with.
    Two weeks later (after people returned from holidays) Greg and his team returned to bury the cable and restore our proper underground supply line. Care was taken digging around the roots of a large tree and they left a good finish.

    Final certifications were supplied.

    We would certainly use Greg and his team again if necessary.

    "If we were doing this renovation again we would not use this company.

    We were let down seriously on two occasions - being left without hot water and TV over a long weekend. And the amount charged for the few extra's over and above a "fixed" quote was, in my opinion, astronomical.

    I could outline other issues, but it is suffice to say - any of the other tradesman we used on our renovation we would gladly use again and recommend.

    "Worst experience ever. We were just trying to get a fan installed for the bathroom.
    1. The 1st guy turned up 10:50 for the 8:30 appointment;
    2. The 1st guy said he can't do it by himself and he will need a 2nd apprentice to help, but it's doable by 2 people at 1 hour each;
    3. On the 2nd appointment the 2nd guy said he's not going to do it and we need to get a builder;
    4. We sort of trying to help them out by fitting some other small bits of jobs. So we asked the 2nd guy to fix a light and 2 wall sockets, really small jobs;

    5. Replacing the 2 wall sockets takes less than 5 minutes. However we were charged 2 hour 45 minutes, because of the time on looking at the fan install etc.

    6. It's very strange these guys as eletrician don't carry any cables in their van. As cables are always needed, they will drive off to their supplier to get the cables. Note time is still ticking for charges.

    7. We only used 20 cm cables, but was charged 2 meters for cable. The price they charged for this is many times higher as in Mitre 10 stores;

    8. The wall sockets are also almost double priced as in Miter 10 stores. I would think if they were bought directly from wholesaler, they should be lower than retail prices;

    In summary, we paid a lot for the small jobs of fixing a light and replacing 2 wall sockets. Will not deal again and not recommending to anybody.

We did everything we could to make this job go smoothly and your desire to have the cheapest job with no regard to electrical safety has been the cause of your displeasure. Your discussions with Grant and my electrician on site were more than enough to make very clear what is LEGALLY required and what we are LEGALLY allowed to do. With regard to your price searching and accusation that we are ripping you off, please feel free to call as many electricians as you can and get their price and product information, it will be the same as ours. We make money selling gear, do you think we should sell it at cost I am not sure where you come from Chanbing Wang but I assure you, what you are wanting an electrician to do in New Zealand is not going to happen. We are liable for any injury or damage by installing substandard equipment, we can be fined up to $10000.00 by the EWRB and we can be prosecuted for damages by insurance companies. My business is a responsible one that takes pride in service and customer satisfaction, obviously you are not a customer that can be satisfied. I will be asking the websites to remove your slanderous comments, they are not true and are potentially damaging to my business. Good luck getting an electrician… "

    "We organised for this company to arrive between 11:30 and 1:30. They did not arrive, did not call to update us and to date, have not returned my phone message asking them to contact me to advise why they have not arrived. This was almost a week ago."
