    "They do nothing. And we pay them for doing nothing. For four years they have not shown any maintenance plan and the building is in a far worst state than we bought it. "

    "Could not agree more with the previous two comments. Crockers service is non existant. We had an AGM in June last year and to date not one thing has been carried out. After continual telephone calls, which they screen as all calls appear to go to answerphones and no-one returns calls they finally sent us some quotes for work that we had planned. Quotes were 6 months old and services overpriced. We went and got our own quote for one particular job and are having the work carried out for a third… less that the quote Crockers provided us with. I could go on & on about the poor service we have had but I would be here all night. CROCKERS SERVICE IS CRAP!!!!!"

    "I totally agree with the others coments. They were the worst we have had and the most expensive.We had 3 managers look after the block and they all argued with the owners on everything. Beware as they raise the fees every year without informing or even asking! When questioned they said they would charge more ie time in attendance for explaining.

    They want the money but don't want to do any work, best thing is they are very easy to change from."

    "Crockers do little or no maintenance on our building. Over the last 6 years they have collected over $1100 pa from my company for maintenace and upkeep.We are only 1 of 6 units in the buliding; so the amounts collected over this period are substantial. During this time the lawns were cut regularly and only 1 coat of paint was applied to the exterior of the building. Whilst the contract called for 2 coats, at no time did Crockers even inspect the work.
    They have never removed any rubbish from… our site, swept carparks or maintained the gardens. Trees, shrubs and weeds are given a free run.

    I would say that they are grossly overpaid for their services and grossly underperform on their work as Body Corporate Representatives    "
