Matthew responded super fast to my query outside hours and gave me advice that it actually sounded like my issue was with the gas company (he was totally right). At the same time he offered to come out if that was what we needed (which we didn’t in the end but I appreciated the offer) . I was extremely grateful for his advice and willingness to help. Promptly responded to our call although it was over a long weekend. and scheduled the job for the next work day. Arrived at appointed time and sorted the problem out immediately.

"We highly recommend this company. We had an old gas hob replaced. The communication was excellent. Nick drew attention to aspects of the job throughout the process and was very professional, explaining everything as he progressed. "We had trouble finding a gas fitter who could carry our a safety inspection of our fireplace and were relieved when Deluxe Plumbing said that they could fit us in. Stefan did a brilliant job of cleaning and reassembly, and carrying out a safety inspection. The fire is going better than ever now. Deluxe Plumbing also gave us a written summary of what was done. We will be back for an annual gas fire maintenance from now on. Many thanks"
