"I'm in the process of a renovation. I wasn't going to refurbish my floors but after demolishing the kitchen, we exposed some parts of the floor that needed attention. I used Ai and I reached out to several recommended flooring companies and decided to choose Deverells Floorsanding Ltd., for the job. Pete Deverell seemed like a no nonsense and practical floorsander with decades of experience. His prices were competitive and he was available to take the job on when I needed him. He sanded and restored my floors to perfection. He had great attention to detail, a great work ethic, tidy and good communication. The floors look brilliant and I am supper happy with the result. They have made such a differnce and come up so well. It was a great investment to go ahead and get the flloors done. I highly recommend Pete for the job. Thank you."

"I got Pete to sand and seal my floors as I'd had some recycled boards put down in an extension . Pete had great communication and let me know what time he'd be arriving , and advised me how to prepare so he could sand with the least mess for me to clear up . "We shortlisted Pete based on all the positive reviews he had and we were not disappointed. We are very glad we did not try and do it ourselves! It looked like very hard work.
He finished the work on his own 4 bedrooms, living and dining rooms and the kitchen in a week.
Our property is an old 1950's house so it was old patched Matai flooring it now looks fabulous and we are very happy with the results. We have no hesitation to recommend Pete for the job."
