"We were thrilled with the fence rebuild that Jason & Rob did for us. The workmanship & finishing is to a very high standard. It wasn’t an easy job with some post holes having to be dug into fill, which meant it was a hands on manual dig and we also asked for the corrugated iron cladding to be reused. The end result looks great!
They removed the debris & waste and left the site in very tidy condition.
Jason was great to deal/communicate with from the outset.
Would definitely use… again and recommend them.

"In the 1st week of Dec I sent out an post of Facebook community group asking for builders to urgently renovate my leaking bathroom before xmas. A few people recommended I reach out to Jason... and I'm glad I did.
Jason came over to look at the job so he could provide me with an accurate (as possible) quote and timeframe.
Even though it was a very tight timeframe Jason said he could get the job done and at a very reasonable price.
Jason was in touch with me regularly prior to the job… starting. Once the job started he would be onsite every morning to make sure I knew exactly what was happening with his crew and sub contractors.

Throughout the entire process I felt very comfortable as to what was happening and impressively that the job would be completed before xmas.

3 days before xmas the job was completed and I couldnt be more happy with the finished result.

The entire experience was a very good one... even paying the bills lol

I would 100% recommened Jason, and I will 100% be using him again."

"After being mucked around by many other companies for our soffit repair, i was stoked when Jason said they could do it for me. The work was completed to a high standard. Communication was great. "A brilliant experience with these guys, what we invisioned was exactly what we got. When the work gets done impeccably and you know 100% that the company is not trying to make an extra buck wherever they can, you cherish people like that. They did a large extension for us which was qujite difficult as it was during Covid, but they did a fantastic job under trying circumstances. "Jason and his team were amazing to work with. Their attention to detail was to the highest level, and we love the finished product. Jason himself managed the team, plus was on the tools when needed, he was always available to discuss thins, and we found they would find solutions rather than problem. Mike and Nick his senior builders were a pleasure to have no site, and their skill levels and fussyness was top notch. We had quite a technical cladding installed and they nailed it (excuse the… pun). Jason's initial estimate of cost was unebelivable within a grand of the final cost. Jason provided all subcontractors whom we found excellent as well, and Jason would jump in and offer assistance with sub contractor meetings. As with any building process the Coucil were the Council, however Jasion dealt with them and we found he was well prepared. Jason also provided advice around material and cost effective materials whic certainly helped in out project. No hesitation recomending DBC, Jason can supply my contact details for a personal reference. ."

"We had Jason come and provide a quote to do repairs and some renovations to our house and to clean up the backyard to get it ready for sale. As the job progressed, additional issues were found and so the time required and the cost for the work went up but we appreciated Jason's professional manner in discussing the issues and working through them. "From the first phone call until the last part of the work, Jason and his team were an absolute pleasure to deal with! His guys approached the job in a totally professional manner with top class workmanship. My kids will miss the company of Nick especially. Jason always communicated all parts of the project and I never felt like I was left hanging or unsure of the next stage. "I contacted Jason following a recommendation from my neighbour after I had just moved into my first home. The 40sqm deck didn't have any sort of handrail/barrier around it even though it was above 1 metre high. Jason and his team did an absolutely amazing job of fencing the entire deck and steps making the whole look of the house complete. "Diverse Building Concepts completed an amazing front fence for me, I get lots of comments on it and also a side boundary fence with gate which was completed on time and within my budget. They are fantastic to deal with and cleaned up every day they were on site. "Absolutely amazing builder and team. HONEST RELIABLE AND EXCELLENT WORKMANSHIP. Nothing is too much trouble keeps to code and good building practice. Well worth the money. From the time of the building in February relocated , the full CCC was signed and issued by council in the November. Roofing, cladding, decks, retaining walls, fit out , landscaping, bathrooms, kitchen were all part of out job.

"Jason and his team completed a renovation for me which included a complete gut out and rebuild of my existing bathroom and kitchen as well as added a small extension off the front of my house.
They were reliable, on time and put in long hours as I gave them a short period of time to complete the tasks. They always made sure to explain everything that was being done in detail to ensure I understood what would be occurring on a day to day basis.
The site was always kept in a clean manner,… with skip bins on site. When the work had been completed, I was more than impressed with the standard and quality of work from the boys. Everything was perfect and spot on, even down to the finest of details.

I would HIGHLY recommend using Jason and his team for any future work you may wish to have done on your home. I always felt as though I was treated with the utmost respect and they made the whole process as stress free as a renovation could be!!"

"Jason and his team completed a very large decked area around a new pool. He also constructed a large covered pergola for us. Along with this came other jobs such as fencing, stairs etc. We had used him previously to remove and then rebuild our front stairs and landing, along with new concrete paths. We found Jason to be very personable, he did what he said he would do, when he said he would do it. He was adaptable and flexible with changes and only to happy to help. We relied on his skills and… knowledge and got a great result. Jason builds things to last and that was evident in his workmanship. I felt very comfortable having him around my house, we would have Jason and his team back again for another project."

"Jason is an excellent builder / project manager. He comes around with his boys and doesn't waste any time in getting the job done.
He is very dependable and I can trust him to do a quality job for a reasonable price every time. In the last 4 years we have used Jason for every building / renovation job we have had.
Jobs he has done for us (so far):
- a new deck on 3 levels incl. demolition of old deck
- open planning a kitchen / living room area including a 6.5m flitch beam in the… ceiling, insulated walls & full regib of the interior

- fixed a sagging concrete tile roof by replacing support & reinforced a large window with a better lintel

- replacement and fitting of a front door as an emergency when old door broke

- built us a slat fence"
