"Mark has worked on our home with several major renovation projects, rewiring a kitchen adding a new laundry, including planning and designing our lighting throughout. He also installed an outdoor socket and outdoor feature lighting and has come for minor call outs. He is a great communicator, he talked through everything beforehand, asked when he had queries, worked around other trades, was professional, knowledgable and did a beautiful job. He kept abreast of costs and made tweaks when we asked. He’s made time when we needed. We were given great advice and really appreciated the choices we were offered. All around one of the best tradies we have worked with."

We undertook a major renovation which required a substantial electrical upgrade of power, lighting, data, security and media in our new home. A key feature was his excellent advice with a view to future proofing.

Mark has a pleasant, professional manner and is an excellent communicator.

"Mark was at our home today to do an insurance job in conjunction with our roofer. I cheekily asked him if he would mind doing a couple of small electrical jobs whilst he was here and he was very happy to oblige (hard to get a sparky to come out for these small but important little jobs). Mark clearly knows what he is doing, had everything on board that he needed without having to go off site and had the jobs done with minimal fuss, everything tidy and tested - we are very happy. "Mark was amazing - prompt, helpful, professional and friendly. He responded to my 6pm text within an hour and helped us problem solve an issue with a circuit tripping. Gave us practical advice to get us through the night then came out the next day. Onsite he was quick to diagnose and trace the source to a toaster fault. Also he took time to investigate a long standing issue with an extracter fan. Whilst under the house he also found a problem with a hot water leak that needed a plumber. Very happy to highly recommend Mark from Dr Watts."

"Best tradie I've ever come across! Mark arrived on time, was a fast worker, took the time to explain things to me, is a fantastic problem solver, honest, trustworthy and overall nice guy. "I first engaged Mark to move a powerpoint and install another. I was very impressed with the options and suggestions he gave. This started us on a journey doing some "smart home" upgrades to enable us to dim and automate our house lights – something I didn't even know was possible. "I don’t normally write reviews but I really was so impressed with Mark’s standard of work. He was so professional, he cleaned up ever time he worked and gave excellent communication. I had a whole new house fit out. Many steps so communication was vital. He also offered really smart suggestions offering brilliant solutions to those unplanned building events.
He was always on time and all work was completed on time. If ever I was to need any electrical work again it would only be - Dr Watts ????"
