"i tried to get Drain Ninjas after being recommended them by several people but they were fully booked today as were several other companies. Drain King could come in a hour. 30 mins after arrival I was told the job was complete and everything was clear. Unfortunately, they only flushed the main sewer pipe and sewage appeared in the ground floor beach shower (basic shower on concrete floor) which is about 2 metres from main drain opening. He said he didn't have anything to sort it and I would… need a plumber. I called a plumber and he asked me why the Drain King did not rod it or, as it was a stainless steel base on a concrete floor, put high pressure water down it as it should be a simple fix when the main drain was clear. He told me what to do over the phone and I managed to clear it within minutes using the jet nozzle on my garden hose. I definitely would not recommend Drain King as they only did half a job."
"We have terrible gurgling pipes both from the bathroom and from the roof/downpipes. Mark came to inspect our drains with CCTV cameras. He ascertained our problems were due to some shonky plumbing under the house.
Mark didn\'t recommend going any further with clearing drains til we sorted that out. He didn\'t charge us for his time which was unexpected and much appreciated. Communication was excellent and he arrived on time.

"Saturday morning and a blocked toilet. Phoned heaps of the companies off the website before, finally, found DrainKing who were able to assist. Shane was really great to deal with. Fixed the toilet, settled the account: terrific. Turned a major into a minor. Willingly stopped to answer my questions on drainage elsewhere on the property as he was leaving. Thank you Shane."
"Very happy with Mark's response and performance! As an added bonus he was very close to our place when I contacted him and luckily no other jobs for him to attend first, so he turned up 10 minutes later, at 4:30 in the afternoon on a Sunday that seemed very busy for plumbers and drainlayers due to the heavy rain in the last day or two.
