"I am a building manager of a 60 unit apartment complex and we use Effective Electrics to take care of all our common area electrical needs, including CCTV, Emergency/Exit lights, Plant Room maintenance, Swimming/Spa Pool maintenance and new installation work. Quite a few of our owners also use Effective Electrics to complete private work within their apartments. Dylan and his team turn up when they say they will and complete their work efficiently and at a great price."

"We have used Dylan and his company on several occasions over the last couple of years - including today. Work has ranged from really major rewiring projects involving problem solving that stumped others, through to minor lighting repairs. He and his people are always prompt, accurate, efficient and friendly. Dylan has a real genuine customer focus, and an absolute knack for working around tricky issues. "Dylan and his team installed a heat pump for us last year which has made such a change to our home keeping us warm during winter and cool now in summer. We were given great advice regarding the heatpump itself in relation to what we were wanting it for while also considering our budget as well as where to best position it and also how to use it. It was installed efficiently and without any hassles. I would highly recommend Effective Electrics for any electrical work and will definitely be using… them again!"

"Dylan was very prompt in coming to do our electrical work for our new bathroom and was a very friendly guy as well. Work seemed to be of high quality albeit a small minor error which he corrected very quickly. Quoted price was also reasonable. Would definitely recommend to other people!"
