"The team at Element has just finished installing my new roof in Kelburn. The site posed a challenge as there was no space available to store materials. However, they managed to construct the scaffolding in such a way that we could still safely use the property while the roofing work was carried out. The roofers were quite friendly, the truck drivers were tidy, and the operations manager was always available whenever I needed to discuss any aspect of the project. I must say, I have developed a… newfound appreciation for roofers! Thank you guys for doing such a beautiful job"

"The Element team were marvellous when they completed the removal of our asbestos roof and the installation of a new longline roof earlier this year. Project management was exceptional as was communication. The teams that did the work were professional and friendly and the new roof looks fantastic. I definitely recommend using Element Roofing."

"I had a complete new roof fitted to my house by Element in early 2022.
The were substantial delays in work starting due to covid but a weekly update email was provided to inform when the projected start and finish dates would be.
Once work commenced they were quick and communicative, the slightest problem was addressed right away. Nothing was too much trouble - without asking they even reseeded my lawn were roofing iron had lain and killed off the grass,
I could not rate the company more… highly."

"We had a very complicated roofline, an exposed site to the wind up on the hill and added complications of asbestos tiles. Element roofing handled this in their stride. It took a long time to get started due to weather but when started was impressed by the coordination and efficient completion of the job. This seems to me to be a really hard business to be in. The biggest thing that impressed me was that if I emailed or txt a question, I would have a response within a day, and nothing seemed a… problem to be sorted. The regular weekly communications from the office were so appreciated. There were delays but they were credible and openly communicated, which you can't ask for any more than that. We would openly recommend Element Roofing. Most impressed and happy with the team and the excellent job. The quality check at the end of job together with attention to detail was very impressive also."

"The people who came to the house were caring kind and professional. I am disabled and have difficulty walking so that the job needed to be completed so that I could still function when I was out and about. The tradespeople employed by Element Roofing were universally pleasant and polite. We have old companion dogs and they were also treated with respect. I valued the way we were e-mailed each week to let us know what was happening and my husband had the number of the PIC if there were any… issues. Great people - and a lovely roof."

"Wow! It was over a year from when I first contacted Element roofing to get a quote until we were ready, due to various other projects that ran overtime. Rebekah consistently followed up when she promised to and was flexible as we got ready to start the roof.
Mark was also an excellent communicator and always only a txt/phone call away if I needed. And again, delivered when he said he would. Both roofing teams (new and repair teams) were fast, efficient and out house has never looked so glam… as it does now. Thank you Element Roofing for one of the easiest renovation jobs we have had. You rock!"

"Element Roofing was a great company to deal with. There was constant communication to advise of weather delays and also an electrical problem that they discovered when the old roof came off. They arranged for an electrician the same day to repair and after completed replacing the roof. I am thrilled with the result. "

"We received several quotes to replace our 80 (!) year old galvanized steel roof. But Element Roofing were the only company to provide a comprehensive quote on time, which included a detailed description of the work to be to be undertaken. The quote was very competitive and within our price range. Equally important was they could complete the work in a matter of weeks rather than months.
The team of four who installed the new roof were fantastic and meticulous. The work was completed more… or less on time, apart from a short delay caused by appalling (Wellington) weather conditions. Element's efficient commination team kept us informed about this, and any other matters effecting the roof installation,

We are absolutely delighted with the splendid result, and highly recommend Element Roofing as a first port of call."

"I agree with these comments. Element Roofing replaced two rooves for me this year and it was good they analysed the issues and gave recommendations. Although there were a few delays for sick staff they did the jobs promptly and their communications were good. Yes I would recommend them."

"I ran a project for a Body Corp to replace rooves on a block of flats. The roof was a complicated design. I was impressed with the quality of Element Roofing’s expert advice and their attention to detail. All their staff were very knowledgeable and professional. They were competitively priced against our other tenders. The project ran smoothly and the work was completed in good time. They also have good relationships with many other contractors, which made carrying out associated work, such… as concurrent spouting replacement easy and at prices far below what we could get elsewhere.

Element Roofing's communication was excellent. They were always proactive and very responsive. I had absolute confidence that if an issue arose they would sort it quickly, which meant I didn’t have to worry about the project.

I highly recommend Element Roofing, they will give you professional advice and piece of mind that the project will be completed to a high standard and without issues. They are one of the easiest contractors I have work with."

"I contacted Element Roofing on Monday 23rd March 2020 re a leak in the roof (the roof was installed by a different company about 10 years ago). They arrived on site at 6:30 pm on the Wed 25th March and worked late to fix the problem. We were absolutely delighted with their professionalism, timing and the quality of their work. "

"The positives: Quote amount was accurate. Roofing and office staff pleasant to deal with. Work seems good.
The negatives: Time management. Once the main work was done, very hard to get them to come back to finish. (Very tedious when you have scaffolding blocking your front door for 2 months).
Major negative for me: The colour we chose was not mainstream therefore the flashing edges are not pre-painted. This means you get a terracotta roof with silver stripes. They did spray-paint it for us… afterwards but as this is only likely to last a few years, I am not looking forward to the ongoing cost of having it repainted. WE SHOULD HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THIS WHEN MAKING THE COLOUR CHOICE."

"We recently had a loft ladder, storage flooring and some insulation put in by Element Roofing. They are very professional and I would highly recommend them. Communication was great, they turned up when they said they would and quickly responded to questions. The quote was prompt and very comprehensive so we knew exactly what we were getting. They also arranged for the builder to pop by before the job to verify a few things.
Of course, when things go wrong it really shows the true… character of a company. During the week of installation, not only did the team have to deal with unbearable temperatures in the loft space but also an asbestos scare. Element Roofing quickly arranged for asbestos testing and took charge of the situation. I can't sing their praises enough."

"Quick communication every time. A comprehensive quote, explaining everything right from the start to ensure no hidden costs. The two chaps who replaced the roof were incredibly capable and respectful during the week. We also had an attic space installed which was a less than ideal job for the workers but they pushed through without any concerns. They were clearly experts in this field. I would not hesitate to recommend. "
