They stripped our wallpaper, skimmed the walls and painted. They appear to be quite a big business with many employees. The finished product looked nice, but it was long and drawn out getting there, where we had to quality control their work. I was disappointed in the initial quality of the work; and every time I pointed out issues, they were corrected.… But in my opinion, I shouldn't have had to do that. The plasterer left many bubbles in the plaster for example. He said it would be fine when painted; it wasn't. So that mean filling holes and eventually re-skimming and painting walls again! The time that the job took was disappointing as things weren't always done in a sensible order; for example with windows were done after the walls, and the preparation of the windows done after the walls were painted. This meant much more clean up than there should be. I was very disappointed at the times things took, they are not efficient. Communication was difficult at times. But, the finished product looked good. It was quite stressful constantly having to negotiate and say that the quality wasn't acceptable. I wouldn't use them again as it required too much effort to manage them."
