    "This is a rental car business run by bunch of cowboys and a girl.

    Be very careful with their recordings of the damages to the vehicle before pick-up. Even better if you can take photos.

    They are renting ~10 year old reconditioned vehicles cheaper than most similar rental car companies. But they will try to repair all the damages to the vehicle on your excess, if they were not recorded correctly. They tried to repair a very old paint job on me.

    Also they will try to charge the full… excess ($2500) regardless for each accident, saying they have a special insurance arrangement. Long waiting time at their office/garage, poor service and lack of attention to details needing to chase up serveral time to get it right are few other issues I have faced with this bunch.

    I\'ll never go to them again, and happy to pay more to the other reputable rental car outlets.    "
