"Our family are so happy we came across First Rate Mortgages. I knew we were in great hands after my initial call to enquire about their services. I laid out our situation (which was complex!) to Lorraine, as I had done with several other brokers. What impressed me was that Lorraine emailed back later that day with a near-perfect recall and summary of all we had discussed, which meant...she was listening! Our house purchase was being conducted during a particularly busy time. At least 3 mortgage brokers still haven't got back to me and we've been in our new house nearly a month so it's a little late now! "Linda has literally made my dream come true. After a failed attempt to secure a home loan with one of the banks, I pretty much gave up. It was by sheer luck that I came across First Rate Mortgages while I was googling assistance for home loans. I sent an email to Kim Lyons explaining my situation and was referred to Linda. At first I was sceptical as I’m a rookie home buyer and I honestly did not know what to expect least of all what to do. After a few phone calls and email exchanges between us about what’s required, Linda was able to secure us a home loan within a couple of weeks.
Linda really knows what she’s doing and she’s very genuine in the sense that when she thought what’s on offer was not suitable for me financially, she suggested that we find a better solution. She did not advise me to sign up for anything never mind what comes after....
