"Bennett was introduced to us by Shane Norton of Run Electrical, (who incidentally is a very good electrician), to demolish our old kitchen and install the new kitchen. They are reliable, arrived on time at the job and finished the job on time. They even worked on Saturday to get the job done and tidied up the place everyday. Throughout the project, we were kept informed of the progress. We are happy with their workmanship and work ethics and have asked them to undertake our next renovation… project of our bathroom as well as other minor improvements around the house."

"Our project involved replacing a structural wall between our kitchen and lounge with a 7m beam. Some strengthening work downstairs was also required to take the point loads including replacing the garage lintel with a new flitch beam, plus installation of new bracing walls.
I searched No Cowboys for some builders with good reviews and got a few quotes. All the builders I met seemed very capable. What gave Bennett the edge was that he took plenty of time to answer all my questions and clearly… explain how he'd go about the project; he was obviously knowledgable and experienced; his pricing was competitive; he was very friendly and great to deal with.

The building work was completed within very good time and Bennett and his team made the major project seem straightforward. He liased with our engineer several times to ensure the work ran smoothly and arranged inspections with the council as required. Very satisfied with how the project went ... and no unexpected surprises with price either."

"Bennett completed an upgrade of 3 bedrooms and a bathroom for us. He also project managed all the subcontractors involved in this job including tiling, plumbing, electrical, insulation retrofit, shower glass fit out and plastering. Not to mention dealing with council inspections. He was invaluable in getting everything done before our move in date and arrival of a new baby, including grabbing the last box of tiles from the store when it looked like things were running out! He is great at… keeping us updated progress.

Our scope and budget crept quite a bit due to extra work we requested while demo-ing the existing gib etc. Bennett was able to help this by suggesting alternatives, talking us through the changes and also feed into design decisions with practical advice. We are very happy with the final product and it's been all worth it!"
