"Fox Plumbing completed some drainage work for me after the 2023 floods. The job was moderate in size but not complicated. Just digging a ditch and laying some drainage coil, then filling the ditch back in. This look 6 months, though much of that was of course due to the terrible weather and waiting for the waterproofer to be available.
The quality of the work was generally OK, but they managed to leave my lawn absolutely full of scoria and gravel, which is taking me hours to manually pick out.
The biggest problem was the total lack of communication. No matter how many times I phoned, they would never return my calls and the lead plumber (Ben) would instead just show up unannounced during business hours (when I was at work). This lead to several easily avoided problems cropping up. I had to chase them for deliverables, but they were super prompt about invoicing!"

"I had Ben from Fox replace the hot water cylinder at my home. It was an old low pressure cylinder which they changed to a Marina pressure one. Before the job they made it very clear to me that the taps and mixers might need changing as well because they were old lotte pressure ones. Ben was super helpful in getting new taps for me at the same time, giving me multiple options to choose from as well. It was all very easy and a em was extremely friendly and helpful"

"Phox Plumbing came out to my place to do an emergency repair. They were very quick to respond and did an absolutely awesome job. I subsequently contacted them to do a new water cylinder install at a second house, and once again, amazing and professional workmanship all round!"
