      "Luke was asked to undertake repairs on our flat membrane roof by a roofing company under their warranty. He was restricted to certain materials by the roofing company. Luke arrived reasonably promptly and discovered a series of issues with the current roof and previous repairs. He set about removing the compromised materials and used the provided materials to repair the roof. He discovered that the original materials were no longer adhering to the roof in some areas and removed these. The underlying wooden structure then required sealing with silicone before using the roofing membranes provided. He made good progress which was difficult given the unpredictable weather Spring weather. Unfortunately he wasn't able to complete the job because of a change of policy by the roofing company."
