"Steve Galbraithe sent his worker Conner to dig a hole for plumber and after that job was completed he then proceeded to shift a pile of dirt for me at the back of my house and spread it, all in the pouring rain. Not only did that not happen but he took it upon himself to tear up my lawn in places he thought needed it without my knowledge or approval He destroyed my whole front lawn which he had watched me proudly mow for the first time before the rain came down. To this day I am still… suffering as the digger marks are still implanted in the ground...All I had asked him was to put some of the dirt on the edge so I could barrow it to some uneven parts of lawn. I was inside as it was pouring with rain so was unaware of what he was doing. When I came out I just stood there in shock at the mess of my lawn all torn up. His boss Steve arrived and saw me standing there and accused me of telling him to do it. He wouldn't listen just shouted at me until I was crying. I was so upset and still am. He rang and shouted at through the phone and said if I didn't pay he would come back and screw it up more by putting all the dirt back.. By this time I had paid 1000 dollars for someone to come and try and fix it which unfortunately still didn't. I paid Steve Galbraithe as I couldn't take anymore trouble as I am a widow on my own. To this day every morning I look out at the damage that was done. I now have to pay to have more topsoil put over the top of all the digger marks that are still ingrained in my lawn. He was cruel , rude and a liar and I will never get over it."
