    "My experience with Genesis, James Mika’s company was very good. James organised butanol roof maintenance, scaffolding required, full roof paint, full exterior house paint and plaster maintenance as well as aluminium joinery painting. Most of this was done by James’ team but the plaster maintenance was done by Tony Selling from Homesmart who was amazing too. I was very fortunate that the entire maintenance was very professionally done and was great to deal with. James runs a very good… business. I was advised by my solicitor to take the utmost care with who I employed and I am glad I chose James and Genesis."

Genesis worked systematically & efficiently to not only find the problem but also applied a solution that worked. The facility hasn’t leaked since 2018. GOOD JOB James & co! Genesis Waterproofing & Maintenance provide services for Residential and commercial building maintenance : Liquids Waterproofing, Painting, House and Building Wash.
Roof & Gutter maintenance work for:
- Butynol Flat roof.
- Torch-On Roofs.
- TPO membranes.
- Gutters.
- sealant and liquid membrane work around Pipe Penetrations, Skylights, pop-up roofs, Air-vents.
Deck Maintenance and New Build:
- Joint Sealant work for concrete slab walls
- Trafficable Liquid membrane.
- Under-tile waterproofing.
- Wet area waterproofing: Bathroom, wash-house.
- Basement waterproofing: Good to stop condensation or moisture
coming through concrete floors which damages carpets and tiles.
