  "Worst panel beaters I've seen with bad attitudes. Go here at your own risk. They'll take the job then delay it as long as they can, belittle you, and wont restore your car to perfect condition. Mine came back with scratches and an entire panel that still had minor damage to it.

  When asked, they got all mad. There's a hundred panel beaters in this town, and this is worst."

  "Following my review on Google. I went to pick my vehicle up to find the interior filthy I was threatened by Adam that my car would not be given back to me and was charged a huge amount to repair a car that was loaned to me and damaged by somebody else that is not even worth the amount they claim it will cost to fix. Adam was more interested in arguing with me and interrupting me and aggressively pointing At me than actually hearing the complete flaws in their so-called policy. I would not… recommend this company to anybody the owner has threatened me sworn at me and previous experiences with them resulted in them damaging my car whilst it was in their care and proceeding to make me pay for it as well as lying about getting a graphics person coming in to do so while it was actually all done on site by Adam. Several second opinions from other panel beater owners concluded that I had been treated on fairly as well as ripped off. They do not value their customers they just rip them off they intimidate them and bully them and leave them feeling like hostages. I have a recording of being threatened by the owner and abuse by him available on both Instagram and a private Facebook page that I plan to share for any of t they do not value the customers they just rip them off they intimidate them and bully them and leave them feeling like hostages.   "Great Job, completed in exactly the time they said, with good communication. They even went a above and beyond to tidy up some wear and tear that was not part of the job to make sure it was a good result.
  This is the second repair job in a few years that Greenpark have carried out for us and I have been happy both times. "

  "I had a bad experience dealing with green park sale person on a late Friday afternoon, I felt that I was victimised because I came on Friday 3.25pm. Apparently, they close at 3.30pm on every Friday.
  When I picked up my car on the day, I could feel he was not happy with me, I checked the car before I paid; I found a little spot that they have missed. When I told the sale person about it, he had a quick look at the work sheet and came down to the car yard ; he kicked my car (Where the spot was)… and said” Bull ****! This is not covered by insurance company”. Instantly I was shocked.
  
  If he were to say” This is not going to be covered by insurance company, but if you want to….” I will not write this bad review.
  
  All the hard work that was done to the car by your fellow work mates were all destroyed by this horrible sale person. f you don’t like your job, don’t do it. I will not come back again and I will tell all my friends about this experience."

I felt it was necessary to reply as Greenpark Panel & Paint 1997 Limited operate a very professional reputable company who strive to conduct business at a very high professional standard with customers being at our upmost of importance. We are recommended by all major insurance companies and also numerous automotive companies within the Auckland area. These recommendations don’t come easy and we have worked long and hard to maintain and sustain these relationships both with the customer and the referrals. We have professional tradesmen offering professional service and we as a company are very disappointed to have negative feedback when we feel incorrect information has been reviewed. This particular client was given a free courtesy car full of fuel and as per the signed agreement and was required to have the vehicle returned with the same amount of fuel in it. When the client was asked to comply with the agreement she became very aggressive. Two members of the staff were present when the client was onsite and can also verify that the review is incorrect and at no time was the vehicle kicked. Additional work was done on the vehicle which she was not charged for. If Greenpark Panel & Paint 1997 Limited conducted business as this person has indicated we would not have been operating a professionally run business for nearly 20 years. Please don’t hesitate to call us, and we would be happy for you to contact any of our clients or referrals who can verify that they have been 100% happy with our service and the way we conduct our business professionally.   "While the minor panel work was done fairly promptly, the panel did not line up too well. Paint was matched nicely & finish was good. Snow guard fell off from underneath my car within 1 day driving & I ran over it, destroying it.
  When invoice arrive in the mail I was given 7 days to pay or else they are sending me to Baycorp. Called up to question this & was hung up on when I said it was not fair. No payment details on invoice."

  "I\'ve used Greenparka a few times now, the first time was pretty good. The last time I used them my car came back with a rubber door seal torn and when noted to the guys they said it was like that already. It wasnt, it had clearly been \'accidently\' cut with a knife. No replacement offered so I won\'t be going back."

  "The list of complaints I have a re probably too long to fit but here goes
  work not finished on time
  Loan car promised... not delivered
  Job incomplete on handover. told will have to return.
  returned on appointed time.. told nothing arranged will have to come back.
  Seat belt wrongly fitted.... not recitified failed WOF
  alignment supposed to have happened apparently never done
  axle bent... not picked up
  wheel needed repair and repaint...... didnt get around to it
  Paint on bumper has… "spider pattern 12 months on.
  
  Over all work very shoddy and am reporting to insurance company and council and motor traders assoc.
  
  would never recommend them."

  "I used Greenpark Panel and paint because Toyota said they used them. They are very businesss like. Busy. No mucking round. I cant remember when I last used a panel and paint shop, but these guys did a great job for me. Mine was an insurance job. I will definitely use then again if there is a next time."

  "I delivered my car to Greenpark Panel and Paint for the front bumper to be re-painted.
  While the paint was of a reasonable standard, my headlamp was damaged during the time of repair.
  I complained and was refused compensation for the replacement of the headlamp lens. The owner did not care.

  I would not recommend using this company."

  "Often we change to see what the market has to offer. Which makes good business however having experienced a brief period of an alternate panelbeater, I can honestly say I was very pleased to be reunited with Greenpark Panel and Paint. These guys work hard and the service I receive is wonderful. They go the extra mile and nothing is too much trouble. I thank the person who originally introduced me to them. I\'m Happy."
