From the beginning the communication with Andrew was excellent and he took a real interest in the project and making it a success.

He and his team got some early works done because the season was right - relocating a couple of small trees.

The main works were completed over summer. Andrew's team were hard working, highly skilled and a pleasure to have on our property.… The project had a range of elements including demolition, fencing, decking, patio, gardens and retaining, all of which were expertly delivered.

They communicated well with us and made sure they asked questions before doing important things that might need a decision or had some uncertainty about what we really wanted. Andrew was often on site to make sure things were being done right, and ensured his team were delivering a high quality project. Overall they bring a great deal of care to what they do. Materials that aren't up to scratch from suppliers are returned and replacements sought.

The soft landscaping took place in early winter and we had a similar experience, though it was much shorter and less complex. Plants that weren't of the quality expected were returned and although this meant waiting a little till everything was ready, it made for a better result in the end than rushing in.

Together we decided on making some deviations from the plan, both in the decking and fencing and layout and planting, and the team talked everything through with us and brought the expertise to bear in both building and things like appropriate types of plants and what would work.

There were a number of plants we sourced ourselves in the end and these were clearly accounted for in the invoicing.

Andrew and his team are just a great firm to work with and we are very happy with the results. Now just waiting for the warmer months to see it all grow and enjoy it!"
