100%"2 bedrooms needed wallpaper removed then painted. After reading various company's reviews chose Hero Painting & Properties Ltd. Sent an email Friday and appointment was made for Saturday morning, which was great as no need to take time of work.. The quote was sent through and accepted. They arrived on time to start the job which was greatly appreciated. They moved furniture into the middle of the rooms, also removed blinds from windows and covered to protect them. Covered carpet with film… to protect. When all painting was completed put all furniture and blinds back. They were very professional in their work ethic and very kindly fixed the front door that was hard to open. Both bedrooms look great and would definitely recommend them to others. We had to demolish and reinstate our business premises as per the conditions of our lease (and we had a 3.6 metre stud height) but it was not a problem to them. They quickly dismantled as requested, neatly stacked all re-usable materials, then re-framed, gibbed, plastered and painted. 100%"I had several quotes for painting my house and decided to go with Michael from Hero Painting and Property Service even though they were the highest priced.
(but still very reasonable) i choose them for this reason, Michael was able to identify certain issues that needed to be fixed before painting work could really begin, these includes doors and windows that needed to be machines planned, missing skirtings in some part of house that needed replacement,. Michael also noticed parts of the… ceiling that was dropping and fixed it prior to painting. He even spoke about carpet and the new height it will be and the cause and effect of it which was mind blown cause non of the other tradesmen mentioned it. The team done a excellent job and were proffesionals every step of the way. The place got the repairs required, plastered and painted. The doors were trimmed down so they wont scrap along bottom of new carpet as with our new carpet and underlay, The thickness raised everything between 5-10mmls. The carpet company was impressed and rarely come across a smooth installation.
Im sure if we went with other painting contractors , our painting would also come out beautiful but going with Michael our home and painting came out on top.

We fix small holes all the way to gib fixing and plastering a entire house. We specialise in removing wall paper,sealing and skim coating with the best product in the market to deliver the best possible finish for your walls and ceiling. We can provide a high standard of all aspect of plastering including coving,cornice and square stop finish.
-Painting
You name it we PAINT it. All work done the proper way sanded,nicely prep one undercoat and two top coats. All paint used are Dulux or Resene PREMIUM paints. Includes interiors, exteriors, roofs, fences, concrete . We can COLOUR MATCH any paint from any other brand!!
-Tiling Service
There is no fixed price for tiling service per sqm as every job is different and we quote each and every job.
-Gutters and Spouting
We repair and replace new spouting systems and downpipes to simple task just contact and ask.
-Carpet Laying
we have our uncle who lays all our carpet for us. best prices with quality work. we can remove old carpet (tiles and flooring) and underlay and take them away for u
