  "I purchased a wine rack from this store. The sales person selling us the wine rack was like a blow fly who would keep hovering on meat. She wouldnt leave us alone. When we purchased the wine rack and when it was delivered, we found a major split on the wooden top surface. The crack was so obvious, that I fail to believe that no one noticed it. When I called them the same salesperson Carrie, picked up the phone and sighed heavily. It was obnoxious and rude. She said she would call me back about… replacement, but she didnt. Angrily, I went back to the store and the salesperson saw us, but refused to come and talk to us. She sent her colleague Raewyn to talk to us instead while she hovered around us to eavesdrop on our conversation. I felt that if I wasnt a brown skinned Indian, I would have received a different treatment.
  
  Angry about this treatment, I emailed all the outlets of this store in Wellington hoping to get an apology from the store manager if not the chain owner, however I received no reply. I wrote back once more, yet no reply.
  
  Certainly do not recommend this store as their after sales service is extremely pathetic and all they are interested in is making more sales and selling low quality products to customers. Also some of their sales staff are racial and extremely rude."
