"You know how sometimes someone appears and simply resolves your problems? (no seriously!) This person is Patrick Bourne

Our website had disappeared and we were grappling with international customer service call centres and becoming increasingly frustrated, when Patrick was referred to us. The contrast with what we had been experiencing was startling

He listened, he understood, he made helpful suggestions, he was operating in a local time zone, he was responsive, he found the cause of the outage and resolved it in very short order, then spent additional time sparkling up our website and improving our presentation. Throughout this process he was friendly, kind, efficient and knowledgeable. Explained what he was doing and did what he said!

Honestly it was like a fairy story . . . .
