100%"Jonathan and his team did a complete renovation of the only bathroom in our house plus a separate toilet. Jonathan organised all the tradies very efficiently - electrician, shower installer, tiler - and the main job would have been finished in 2 weeks if not for the lockdown. Jonathan was very solicitous throughout, coming in regularly to check on progress, as well as being hands on with the plumbing work. His team were very handy, doing gibbing, gib stopping and replacing skirting etc. The… work was performed to a high standard and we are very happy with our new bathroom and 2 new toilets. Jonathan was excellent at communicating and always told us what was happening next and when. When lockdown happened he immediately came in to connect the shower as an emergency situation as we had no washing facilities, doing this on his own initiative. He took great care of all the details and took care to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. A small issue (which had been the responsibility of another tradie) was quickly rectified. All the guys were very pleasant to deal with; they also laid dust sheets every day to protect our flooring. 100%"Jonathan is our go-to plumber for any plumbing work or issues. The latest job involved the replacement of our old water cylinder and piping which had been enclosed into its own cupboard. The door frame of the cupboard had to be removed along with a small section of dry wall in order to extract the old cylinder and then restored again after fitting the new cylinder. A very old toilet (pan screwed in concrete) had to be replaced. The new one looks great and I was astonished that there was no mess at all and not even the slightest damage.

He showed us the water damage he found when he took the old jib off, and explained every thing with… us before he did any work to rectify the leak. He also found the previous cowboy had just taped the pipes together which he quickly remedied to the required standard. Jonathan went above and beyond to help us and make us feel confident that our leaks were rectified which was much appreciated after our previous experience. 100%"I needed a plumber when I discovered water dripping off my roof which I suspected was from the hot water overflow pipe. I found Jonathon’s details after reading reviews on the nocowboys website and gave him a call on Wednesday. He was able to attend and take a look within a couple of hours but unfortunately it was not as simple as I had thought. I needed a new hot water cylinder as it was leaking under the house. I am extremely pleased he quickly tracked down a problem (sewer smells) that other plumbers didn't bother to look at properly (but still charged me a call-out for). Jonathan also repaired my toilet that was continuously flushing - we had a good laugh when he found a huge spare part in the cistern that had been getting in the way! He gave me the option to improve the slow filling of my loos - the fill valve… washers had completely broken. Now I have toilets that fill nice and quickly instead of making noise for ages. Hi my names Jonathan, I've been in the Plumbing and Gas Fitting industry for 23 years.originally trained and time served in the UK. I've been in New Zealand 3 years. Where I became a Certified Plumber and Gas Fitter. I take a great pride and care in my work. I am very experienced in all aspects of plumbing and gas fitting.
