"Absolutely recommend!! Great team! Had a pretty emergent large repair needed to get wof passed, Justine rearranged some things to be able to get me in before the wof expiries. Pricing was good. Repair came out perfect. Justine was super friendly and caring and loving explained everything to me and where to watch out for rust! Incredible, fast and thorough work! "

"Was I played?
I took some reflecting time, hesitating to post a review - but opt to inform to the public after all: Justine's service started all very promising; quick reasonable quote for simple work, they needed car for 3 days ((for approx 3 hrs job)). When completed I received call, that informed that suddenly my Alternator had died when they refitted the battery "oil on it and smoke etc...". However, I had NEVER had any issues with the battery/electricals before!!! So, was it… really simply an coincidence; they knew I wanted it fixed asap re WOF... was I played when next-door garage Beaurepairs was suggested to fix (they did quick good job considering). Sooooo - to the public: be warned that you possibly can be played by the two!!"

"I was unfortunate enough to require the services of a panelbeater for a WoF and my local person was unable to carry out the work in the required time-frame - and they mentioned Just Rust as a possible alternative. Justine provided a quote of less than half my local business and carried out the work within the time required. This involved some chassis welding and photos of the completed work were provided. I was very pleased with the service and when some minor work was needed at a later date… Ihad that done by Justine's people too. Very pleased to have an opportunity for giving Just Rust the strongest of recommendations."

"Approached for a quote in early January, braced for an expensive wind-screen removing rust fix. Good news: quote non-heart attack inducing. Bad news: not possible for another two weeks. Not in a rush, so went with the later date. Work finished in one day, rust removed, excellent finish, as per quote. Good communication, good work. Happy customers!"

"Will not use this company for any panel work again. I took my bonnet to get pannel and painted over christmas last year and got told as we are busy come back after new years and work will happen. I said ok. After contacting them (off my own back) in the new year I find out that bonnet is beyond repair and to get another. I said ok and asked if the quote was still valid. I got told yes it was. After not hearing anything, I go in again......nothing has happened on the bonnet. I get excuses as to… why. Got told give us a couple of weeks and we will get started on it. Come in still nothing......get fobbed off with excuses about excessive work, lack of staff etc. Again get told come in in a fortnight and it will be ready......again nothing except fresh air and undelivered promises. After yet more waiting and not hearing anything, I go in to finally find holes in the bonnet where the bonnet vents should be. Again got told give us a few weeks and it will be doen and can you bring the vents in so we can match them to the bonnet....ok I said. Came back in around three weeks later and nothing had progressed/no communication heard etc........got even more bs excuses......starting to get slightly peeved now as its been over 3.5 -4 months since I gave them the bonnet for work. Was out on a run and happened to go past Just Rust and thought Id have a look. Found my bonnet burried behind stuff inside and still in the same state as it was since the holes got cut. Got really annoyed and wrote an email saying how disssatisfied I was with their services and how nothing had happened. I go in after work a few days later and get told yes Im sorry that its been so long and youve been patient etc but its now ready for painting. COme by next week and you can pick it up. I thought finally......its going to be done and can you do the vents at the same time? yes we can do that. kewl. I then check my email up in Auckland as I was on a course and found an email from them saying your works done and will cost this amount. I thought hang on its more than you quoted.....

So I go in today (may 10) and when told about the quote and how much it cost PJ and his who ever she was absoulutey refused to budge and became really aggressive and up in my face about how I shouldve expected to pay over this ammount, that my cost was sale of the century and I could sell it on trademe for $1000 plus. He then told me get lost (words to that effect), threw the old rubbish bonnet across the workshop in the vicinity of the exit and told me never ever to come back. Hey PJ after the time it took and excuses, I dont intend to......bro. I didnt see the point in arguing any more and paid and left.

After this experience I will never ever use JUST RUST again. Can I enlighten you on something PJ? The customer is always right even when theyre wrong and if this had happened where I work, the person concerened would have been severely reprimanded. In this day and age companies need all the work they can get and like I said I dont intend on using your pannel shop again and wont recomend it. Oh and apart from the holes in the bonnet which work with the vents, the finish is avereage with bits of dirt and the inner skin hasnt been attatched to the shell which I got told would happen."
