"mark is a terrible communicator. doesnt answer the phone very often, doesn't communicate what's happening, needs to be chased, took a month off over Christmas without informing me he was unavailable for that period and when back from holidays said he was 3 weeks out from doing the job. when I asked to have a priority as I had been waiting for months he told me to "**** off" and hung up on me. He never did anything he stated in his emails. He seems to just be a kid who is very… inexperienced in dealing with people and customers and general business sales tasks. He puts up deals on Facebook that just can't complete. Don't be fooled by the deal."
