    "This business provided a very disappointing sub-standard job. Laminate was pealing on the doors from the beginning (we watched them trim the edges with a sander!). One cupboard drawer kept falling off every time the drawer was used. They completely refused to communicate after installation and warranties have not been honoured in any way. $40,000 plus kitchen and we have had to spend more money getting another kitchen company in to replace majority of the work. Blum sent one workman out who… said the drawers had been broken on assembly and needed complete replacement."
