100%"I have contacted Kiwivac twice this year (2024). The first time I was looking for a replacement motor for our old central vacuum system. William returned my call promptly and made a recommendation for a new motor installation. He arrived promptly the next day and installed the new motor. I also wanted a new vacuum head; one which would vacuum timber floors, tiles and synthetic carpet. William arrived with several vacuum heads for me to try. New central vacuum motor/vacuum head works… brilliantly.
Because of the great service I received, I contacted them again a few days ago wanting a second shorter vacuum hose for quick cleaning of the upstairs area without bringing the main unit upstairs. Michelle made a great recommendation at an affordable price point. Item received within a couple of days. Perfect for what I wanted.

100%"The service from Russell was outstanding. He quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it and then cleaned / tested the entire system to ensure it was working well. He was also up front and honest about what we needed to make the system better, a new vacuum head, and he gave us some options. He wasn't pushy and laid out the pros and cons of the options. We ended up buying the more expensive one as we thought it was better value. Couldn't ask for more in a contractor. 100%"We put a Kiwivac system into our house when we built it, 22 years ago. Still going strong today! I notice that stick vaccums have become very popular today. However, I think for 'largish sized' houses (ours is 329 metres square) this vaccum is much better. No worries with charging or changing the battery and no worries about small waste compartments (we find the bag for the Kiwivac lasts for ages-maybe upto 6 months). Plus, changing the paper waste bag is very easy. With just one light hose, cleaning is a breeze and with a powerful motor fitted outside there's no noise and the extra suction is amazing. We upgraded to a deluxe turbo head which made it easier to push and are very pleased with the whole system. We have recommended Kiwivac to all our friends .

There was no comparison on how much better Kiwivac was to the other system. The service was also exceptional. We preferred our pull-along vacuum cleaner as it had much better suction but loved the floor height suction in the kitchen that takes the sweepings.
