We weren't a big job for them but they bent over backwards to accommodate us super friendly and when I asked for some extra trees to be cut down when onsite they did it and all within the quote didn't charge me extra.

Very helpful on initial quote and identified lots of the species of plants/trees in the garden for me and gave advice on which we could prune… ourselves to keep the cost down. A couple I was told to chop and ground level and poison as they are nasty and invasive. I thought they were quite pretty so good to know this before they got spread all around the property.

The team arrived on the day of the job promptly and removed all the debris, with the wood from the trees that we had opted to keep for firewood dropped neatly in the garden. All the branches and chips were cleaned up and even the sawdust and leaves blown off the driveway. They even moved their gear and cut branches out of the way so I could get the car past with the baby in it part way through the job.

The neighbours E-mailed me a couple of days after the job was done to thank us for having the trees pruned back and a particular one removed which had been letting rats get on their roof. They were amazed at the amount of light getting in and really pleased with how everything looked from their side of the fence.

Michael was very professional. He was punctual and when he did arrive he basically got on with the job. Did an excellent job grinding out both stumps and left the area clean and tidy as stated on his quote.
