  "Probably our 6th largish job with Mike Thom, this time internal repairs from flood damage and problem solving exterior water drainage. Paul did a great job, as always, with reframing and lining the garage and internal wall repairs including perfect plastering for the painter. Also very helpful at attending to all those little jobs round the house. These guys are always approachable and good at problem solving. Outside needed a lot of digging for concreting, organised by Mike without… problems. Very satisfied with the result and I have freely referred many friends to Mike - always with great feedback. Can be a bit pricier than others, but usually excellent results. Sometimes a bit hard to get an immediate response by text."

  "Surprised that Thorm was able to take on this job of removing an aluminium window and installing a ranch slider so quickly. Took two trader-men one day to complete. Both were very respectful, knowledgeable and tidy. Even vacuumed up on completion. Great water tight job. Now my first place to go to when I need building and/or alterations done. Thank you guys very much appreciate your professionalism.

  "Michael and his team were engaged to carry out minor alteration works on our Art Deco home in June 2013. After meeting with 3 different builders, I chose Michael through gut instinct; based on his professionalism and manner during our first meeting.
  Michael was so organized and easy to deal with, nothing was a problem and when a couple of minor issues came up, he acted very quickly. His team were just as reliable and trustworthy - we had no hesitation leaving our home open to them. Another… great benefit of using Michael is his list of sub-trade contacts! All his sub-contractors have been awesome, some of whom we've engaged separately.
  
  We have since engaged Michael to carry out further work and would not hesitate to recommend him and his team to others."

  "Mike came recommended by a friend and we chose him on the basis of that recommendation, his competitive quote and keeping in constant contact with friendly easy communication. The team, led by Alan included Billy, Ricky and Kevin. They arrived promptly everyday and always left the the worksite clean and tidy at the end of the day with as little intrusion as possible Mike visited regularly and seemed to have all the necessary supplies and subcontractors coming on time so that the work… progressed along steadily without any major holdups. Mike kept in contact regularly and along with the team, were always helpful with any requests and fitting in with our schedules. We are really pleased with the result of the extension on our house built with a minimum of fuss. We will certainly be recommending and using Mike Thom again."

  "I would not hesitate to use Michael, Kevin and the team again. I don\'t need to recommend them their work speaks for itself. The neighbours approached them while they were working on my job for a quote and a friend has pinched the business card I had to give to her spouse for their house renovations. I was really impressed with the attention to detail and professionalism shown in the work even down to sourcing skirting board that is not used often these days to do an extra job in the… kitchen. It really is great to see that there are people out there that still take a pride in their work."
