100%"Vinyl was recently installed in my kitchen by Paul from Marson Flooring Limited. Paul was on time, personable, helpfully communicative about the requirements for the install and did an absolutely impeccable job.
As well as the excellent and professional job done of the install, I got quotes from two other places before choosing Marson Flooring Limited and their price was the most cost effective.
When it comes time to replace the vinyl in the bathroom and in the laundry room, I will… definitely go back to Paul at Marson Flooring Limited.

95%"I was very pleased with the service I received. I had several small areas of carpet that needed replacing because of water damage from leaks and just plain wear and tear. There were 3 parts of the house that needed doing. I called several companies and they all said they didn't do this kind of work - too fiddly and didn't pay. This guy did. He came promptly. He did a jolly good job and he did it quickly. And his price was very reaonable. I was impressed. 100%"Marson Flooring was recommended to me by a mate's father who is in the flooring trade. I took him at his word when he said that they were great to deal with and would do a fantastic job. He wasn't wrong! George provided great advice, has very clear contract documentation, did what he said he'd do and when he said he'd do it, was very flexible in terms of timing for the installation (completely working around my schedule), and was an all round top bloke! Anthony did the installation and is a… tradesman who you can tell takes real pride in his work. Things that made him brilliant in my eyes include: being meticulous with the cutting, fitting, stretching etc, happy to explain what he was doing as he did it, removed and re-hung the doors (and handled them with care - including putting off-cuts of carpet or underlay behind and between them so as not to mark the doors or the surfaces they were placed against), cleaned as he worked, and then vacuumed the whole job before leaving. I wish all tradies were as good as him! I would have no hesitation in recommending Marson Flooring for supply and installation of floor coverings and I'll certainly tell all my friends and family to use them when the opportunity arises! One last thing... always do the decent thing and offer a cuppa during the job (and a beer at the end if it's a hot day) :) These guys work damn hard and it's nice to show a little appreciation. 100%"After an unsatisfactory experience elsewhere, I went into Marson Flooring to get carpet pieces cut and over locked into a number of different sized mats. The price was good and they were very pleasant to deal with, most helpful. I dropped the mats in late on a Friday afternoon and was surprised to get a call at 8 am on Saturday morning to be told the work had been done. 98%"This job was the second time we had used Marson Flooring. I would recommend them to all. The current experience was similar to the first. The advice from Helen in the shop was spot on and conveyed in a professional and friendly manner. George arrived on time to survey the requirement which is a very good indication of their professionalism. The job was discussed, his answers to questions demonstrated, without doubt, his trade knowledge. Wonder of wonders, the quote arrived within a day.… On acceptance we were plesantly surprised to find Helen had listened to what we had said in the shop and penciled in a booking. Paul actually completed the job and he was a pleasure to have in the home. Clean, neat and tidy work finished to a high standard. What a pity other tradesmen don\'t realised that working in this manner is the best advertisment they can get.

50%"I turned up at Marson all in a dither. I had had mats overlocked else where and they had bulls up beyond belief and were really agro and nasty as if it was my fault. ANYWAY, turned up in front of Helen with my useless mat. She calmed me down, told me all my options and the only promise she made me was George would look at it when he came in and call me with either good or bad news within 24 hours.. 12 hours later George phoned with good news and gave me the cost. 90minutes later he called again… to say it was ready for pickup. FANTASTIC job (it was a special shape mat). What can I say, great workmanship and excellent PR service. .... This is the third job that Marson Flooring have completed for us and they all have been to a very high standard, completed very effieciently. All jobs left in a very high and tidy standard and all rubbish removed. One job was completed within a two day time frame to be able to relet our property. They are very price competitive.
