About us
BCITO qualified builder with over 13 years in the industry. During this time I have gained solid experience in all aspects of residential construction, from repairs and maintenance through to renovations, extensions and new builds. I have developed a wide range of skills and a solutions based attitude to tackling any project that comes my way. I am particularly proud of my finishing work and attention to detail that is a combination of patience and several years spent working on high-end architectural homes.

"Louis did a fabulous job of renovating our very basic basement in a 1930s double brick shop into an office space. Not one wall is straight in there! He removed a staircase, replaced old T+G flooring, made room dividers from second hand windows and created a wonderful built in seat for us around the base of the old fireplace. The workmanship is superb, and Louis is reliable and a great communicator. We are very happy!"

"We got Louis to replace the old original decking on a house we just bought. We thought that just the top boards needed to be replaced but when he ripped it up discovered that it didn't meet with the current building standards and the structure wasn't great. The job took a bit longer than expected but we are happy that he's taken the time to make sure the deck will be structurally sound and will last for many more years. Great communication throughout this project and told us what he would suggest to do to get it up to standard. We will be getting him to do further work on the rest of the outdoor space in the near future."

"Louis replaced our deck on the top floor of our 2 story home. Louis is a professional builder who takes pride in his work and delivered an oustanding result. He was careful not to waste materials and kept a tidy site. If you want a builder who takes time to understand the scope of work and can adapt a plan to suit the site I thoroughly recommend Louis for a first class result."
