"I needed to replace a section of shared driveway and install new fibre optic cables. After a couple of other companies passed up on the project, Joshua took on the work and did a fantastic job! He patiently answered all my questions, coordinated with the cablers and neighbours, and helped my neighbours & I to fix a long standing problem. Joshua came to my home to quote for the project, and kept to the agreed budget and timeframe. He was a pleasure to work with and I look forward to working with him in the future!"

"Joshua completed a range of work on our property, including building a new fence with gate, fixing rot in weatherboards, and rebuilding a rotted window frame and section of wall. The whole process from quote to completion was very easy with great communication, and the work was completed quickly and to a high standard. "It was a tricky job replacing a timber retaining wall beside paved steps, and over a sewer. There was limited space to work. Joshua gave a detailed quote, always kept in touch about when he could come and worked extra hours to finish the job, with no increase to the quoted price. He took away all the rubbish and left the site very neat and tidy.
He later returned to reinstate the paved steps, as a separate job. It was a muddle of different shaped pavers, with some broken ones, and he took a lot of care to get it looking as good as possible.
He is a pleasure to deal with and we are planning to contact him soon for another small building job. Highly recommended."

"Josh fixed up my fence which the previous owners of my place had randomly cut through in various places for no apparent reason. Josh knew exactly what to do, he did it quickly and for a great price. It is now a tidy fence! He also installed my clothes on it."

"Joshua replaced our lower front stairs, stringers and post after making a bid for this job (posted here on NoCowboys). Mightyscape completed the job with a high level of workmanship and professionalism. Communication was excellent throughout the process, and the site was left clean and tidy. "Am posting this on behalf of Margaret an elderly pensioner . Joshua is my neighbour , so when I heard he does all sorts of work well , I asked him to look after Margaret . Work at her place included demolition of her bathroom ( and soon to re gib , waterproof etc , also project manage the Re do . , new 1.8 M fence plus a 3 metre planter box and other odd jobs over a period of time . His rates are reasonable and his work is of a high standard .
Margaret trusts him so he is on permanent call for other odd jobs as they come about .
She highly recommends him for all jobs , big or small . Joshua has children so the odd time he needed to get away and support the family for a few hours or half a day . Margaret fully supported that . Each completed job was finished to a high standard and in a timely manner .

Joshua has completed 6 different jobs at my property. He is versatile, skilled and tidy. Joshua listens carefully, has great suggestions and always communicates timings, progress and materials needed. I found nothing was too much trouble for Joshua, he selected and picked up materials and worked on drainage, decking, architraves, fence gate, barge board repairs and framing an interior door. "I have had Joshua over a number of times to complete different jobs on my property. He has fixed my gate, built a deck/balcony, done concreting work, and other handyman jobs. Joshua is totally trustworthy and respectful and is amazing at what he does. He is a perfectionist and does a very thorough job. He always cleans up after himself and never leaves a mess. Everyone who sees his work is impressed. He has completed jobs at my parents house and they are very happy with the work he has done. "I had three jobs completed by Joshua. These were a new 40m paling fence, framing my garage and cladding with weatherboard, and installing a new metal roof on my garage.
I had several traders quote me for the job and I wanted someone who was reliable, honest and able to complete the job to high standard.

Joshua started with the fence and impressed my neighbours who awarded him the job to replace their fence as well. Joshua’s prompt communication, attention to detail and workmanship was impressive. He is dedicated and does not waste time when on site. He kept me informed as the job progressed. After completing the job, he leaves the place very tidy.

A colleague at my workplace who got a job done after I recommended Joshua to him, was very pleased with the quality and reasonable cost involved. I would highly recommend Joshua if you want quality work."
