Unfortunately for Will the previous front door, its surrounds, the floor, exterior bricks, weather boards . . ., in fact every area connected with the door, and all installed by the cowboy builder of our house, required extra remediation over and above the job he initially expected to be doing and which he quoted on. Without any bother or complaint he worked… for longer than he'd expected to solve the problems he encountered and ensure all these areas were upgraded as close as possible to the state they should have been when the house was built, informing and showing us what he needed to do every step of the way. They did the work of removing 2 existing windows, making a new opening for a 3600 wide sliding door and installing it, as per approved council plans. Got introduced to Will @ Millimeter Constructions and had him doing a full house renovation and added a few extras here and there as we go. (A new deck, new kitchen, new toilets, bigger closets, sleepout, etc)

Millimeter Construction Limited has not given us their exact location, but they are based in Te Atatu
I presented Will with quite a challenge - half of my house with leaking internal gutters, rotting walls, moulds of different colours and major discolouration (nicotine and tar). My house also decided to provide a few challenging surprises for him along the way. Luckily, Will is the kind of builder who, when presented with a problem, can find and propose solutions. He’s a brilliant builder you can trust to project… manage your renovation in a professional manner with an excellent team of tradies behind him (plumbers, electricians, painters, and plasterers) so I was able to entrust everything to him and his team with little disruption to my life.
My house has gone from an embarrassment to a good looking home. Next, is the front of my house which I hope to bring Millimeter Construction on board with as well. I appreciate the way that he will always tell you what he is doing and why. On top of his carpentry and building skills Will excels at communication. From day one, I felt comfortable having him in my home. He goes above and beyond to help you meet your brief.
